ALL OUR APARTMENTS HAVE THE FOLLOWING FACILITIES:

AIR CONDITIONING Individually controlled hot and cold throughout.

FREE WIFI Internet connection available 24/7.

WASHING MACHINE, (some apartments also have dishwashers), full length large FRIDGE/FREEZER, CERAMIC HOB, MICROWAVE GRILL, electric COFFEE MAKER, and TEAPOT, electric KETTLE, TOASTER, JUICER. Cooking pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.

FLAT SCREEN TV with basic International Satellite Reception.

LINEN - ample sheets, quilts and towels for each guest. The linen is changed every 3 days.

IRON and IRONING BOARD. HAIRDRYER. PERSONAL SAFE.

COTS, HIGH CHAIRS & BABY BATHS are available at no extra cost. (check availability)

PARKING - We have our own private garage parking available close to the Cathedral and Maestranza apartments at 15 Euros a day.

WHEELCHAIR USERS - one of our ground floor apartments has been especially adapted for wheel chair users or for people with reduced mobility. So, from the street, where we have had a drop kerb put in, right into the apartment there are no steps to contend with whatsoever. The doorways are extra wide to allow a wheelchair through, the apartment is spacious and in the bathroom the shower compartment has grab rails and a small ramp to make wheelchair access easier. This apartment conforms to criteria set out by the Junta de Andalucia for guests with reduced mobility .

MEET AND GREET AIRPORT TRANSFER

We also offer a "meet and greet" airport transfer service - 35 Euros one way, 65 Euros both, booked in advance.

OUR REPS

We have a staff of 3 FULL TIME MULTI LINGUAL Reps. One of them will be waiting at the apartments for your arrival to check you in, explain how everything works and answer any queries you may have.

They can advise on local amenities, where to eat, best places to visit and shop. During your stay they will also be available should you require assistance or further information, tickets to a flamenco show, theme park, day trip, guided tour, tapa trawl, etc.

They will also be there to check you out and collect the keys when you leave.
