LUMBRERAS

ALAMEDA/TORNEO QUARTER - These apartments are located in Calle Lumbreras, Seville 41002, in a quiet area, close to shops, bars, restaurants and tourist sights. The Macarena Church is close by and the Isla Magica Theme Park across the river is only a 10 minute stroll, the Cathedral and Giralda are about a 15 minute walk and the Alameda de Hercules can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Each apartment is named after a Spanish town and is set in a lovely old Sevillana house that was completely renovated during 2009. No expense has been spared to produce immaculate, comfortable, state of the art accommodation.

All are well equipped and perfectly furnished with the utmost care down to the smallest detail and guaranteed to please.

With marble flooring throughout and fountains in the foyer, the building is on 3 floors and includes a communal sun terrace on the roof with sun loungers and a shower. There is no lift, however one of the ground floor apartments is suitable for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility.

CATHEDRAL

These apartments are in Calle Garcia de Vinuesa, Seville 41001 less than a minutes walk to the Cathedral and close to all amenities. Here you can stay in our beautiful duplex apartment which has a roof terrace with views of the city. Or how about our stylish Studio apartment which is ideal for a couple. A perfect place to stay and see the world famous Semana Santa Holy Week processions.

MAESTRANZA - ARENAL

Right by the Plaza de Toros & Theatre in the very heart of the old city in Calle Santas Patronas, Seville 41001. Short stroll to the Cathedral and in walking distance of other famous sites. Easy access to shops, bars restaurants. Just 250 metres from the tram stop on Plaza Nueva. 3 storey listed building which has just been completely restored to make these high end luxury 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
